Meet the Founder: Michael Broxson
Michael Broxson brings over 25 years of experience in life sciences, spanning executive leadership, business development, and scientific research. He has served as CEO, CBO, and COO of venture-backed biotech firms, and spent more than 16 years at Takeda Pharmaceuticals in global roles across licensing, M&A, and R&D strategy.
His career began in the lab—as a toxicologist and research associate—giving him a firsthand understanding of the scientific rigor behind every therapeutic innovation. Today, he combines that foundation with strategic insight to help companies build, partner, and grow.
